2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of Studio27 and the booking of the following services:
- Studio Recording Sessions (Hip-Hop, Boombap, R&B, and more)
- Beat Production & Custom Instrumentals
- Mixing & Mastering Services
- Podcast & Voice-over Recording
- Artist Development & Music Distribution
- Graphic Design (Album Covers, Logos, Merch)
- Video Production (Music Videos, Promos, Visuals)
3. Acceptance
By using the studio or booking any service, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.
4. Booking, Delivery, and Turnaround Time
4.1. Session Booking & Cancellations
- Studio sessions must be booked in advance. A 50% deposit is required to secure your slot.
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for rescheduling or a full refund of the deposit.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) will result in loss of deposit.
4.2. Turnaround Times
- Mixing & Mastering: Standard turnaround is _____ business days.

5. Refunds & Revisions

- Session time includes setup and breakdown – arrive on time to maximize your booked hours.
7. Intellectual Property & Data Protection
- Artists retain full rights to their recorded material, unless otherwise agreed.
- The studio may use snippets of recorded sessions for promotional purposes, unless the client requests otherwise.
- Personal data is protected under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
